A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the head of the forest office, etc. on April 2017. However, the Defendant converted the use of a mountainous district to convert trees into a mountainous district by using a cirregrative machine to cultivate b, C, or D, approximately KRW 10,400 square meters of forest land in three lots of Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, C, or D without obtaining permission to divert a mountainous district on April 2017.
