【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a G knife vehicle.

1. On November 6, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a state of under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.184% from the section of about 20km from the 05:10m of the Road Traffic Act to the front road of the training site of the reserve forces located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si from the insular road to the insular village in Ansan-si.

2. On November 6, 2017, around 05:36, the injured Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, as described in paragraph (1), was changed on the street in front of the training center for the reserve forces located in the Dong-dong located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si. The injured Defendant: (a) driven the motor vehicle behind the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle to take a bath for the Defendant; (b) stopped the damaged motor vehicle; (c) stopped the damaged motor vehicle; (d) stopped the victim from the motor vehicle; and (d) laid the victim from the motor vehicle; and (e) laid the victim’s part of the victim’s neck while driving the motor vehicle at the end of the 14-day driver’s vehicle; and (e) laid the victim’s neck seat and sprink in need of treatment for about 14 days.
