Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2016, the Defendant demanded the Defendant to collect money from the Defendant’s house located in the Guro Dara 301 on July 12:55, 2016, by searching for the money from the victim D (n, 43 years of age) related to the person in charge in the preceding day, but the victim refused to open the door without opening the door. 피고인은 식사 준비를 하는 피해자에게 물을 가져 오라고 요구하고, 피해자가 물을 가져다주며 불평한다는 핑계로 일부러 방바닥에 물을 쏟아 부어 시비를 걸고, 이를 본 피해자가 물병에 든 물을 피고인의 몸 쪽에 뿌리자, 피해자의 머리채를 잡아 화장실로 끌고 들어가 벽에 피해자의 머리를 수회 찧고, 부엌 냉장고에서 물병을 꺼 내와 한 손에는 물병을 들고 한 손으로는 피해자의 머리채를 휘어잡은 다음 피해자의 귀와 얼굴에 물을 쏟아 붓고, 벽에 피해자의 머리를 수회 더 부딪치게 하였다.
