Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2015, at around 00:40, the Defendant: (a) reported the advertisement of “tel commercial sex acts” in Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Daegu G, and received KRW 1.20,000 from AA (25 years of age); (b) entered A into No. 901 to arrange commercial sex acts with AB (22 years of age), a female sexual traffic, thereby allowing A to engage in commercial sex acts.
