When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol of at least 0.05% among blood transfusions, the Defendant driven C-Vehicles from the front side of the Switzerland 1 complex to the front side of the Incheon Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Confection, which is about one kilometer from September 29, 2016 to the front road of the same Gu Incheon Mountainous Zone.
