A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From the beginning of July 2013, the Defendant died of C (20 years of age, women) and C is a person with intellectual disability of grade C, which is the level of intelligence index 56 and social age 12 years of age 12 and 9 months.

1. D은 C의 스마트폰에 채팅 어플리케이션인 ‘즐톡’을 설치하였고, 이름을 알 수 없는 남자와 채팅을 통해 성매매 약속을 하였다,

The defendant had C sexual intercourse with the male who is unable to know his name on the front of the Friend or on the road by receiving 80,000 won in return for sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, caused C to commit an act of selling sex, which is a person having weak ability to discern things or make decisions by force.

2. The Defendant’s sole criminal administration is located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, around 18:00 on July 15, 2013.
