Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on April 27, 2015, embezzled, on possession: (a) around 00:00, he/she found the Gyeongnam Card, which was lost by the injured party in the vicinity B of Busan Northern-gu, and embezzled by taking the Gyeongnam Card with his/her identification.

2. The same month for defendants who violate the Act in financial business specializing in credit;

4. On 28. 00:14, around Busan Northern-gu, the credit card owned by the above victim Gap 1 4,500 won was approved and its credit card was used unlawfully.
