Punishment of the crime
On February 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court’s Tongwon District Court’s territorial branch on February 11, 2009, and a summary order of KRW 3.5 million for the same crime in the same court on December 4, 2009, respectively, and was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3.5 million for the same crime in the same court on June 9, 2017.
