Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance of automobile.

Nevertheless, around 12:33 on June 17, 2014, the Defendant operated a B B B B B B car on the 38th national highway 500m later road of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Gangwon-do.
