Reasons
1. Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the grounds for the claim Gap's evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 173,218,350 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 5, 2019 to the date of full payment, after the service of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the day of full payment.
