2. Defendant A’s occupational embezzlement is a person who actually operated the above H Hospital located in Goyang-gu G from July 1, 201 to May 10, 2012, Defendant A is engaged in the business of paying wages to workers of the above H Hospital, deducting contributions from national pension, etc., and paying insurance premiums.
