A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around March 1, 2016, the Defendant purchased 600,000 won for each of the camblops (hereinafter “coploplon”), a local mental medicine, in the establishment of “E” operated by D with the third floor of broad-si Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “E”), and purchased coploplon (hereinafter “coploplon”) from D by using approximately one goploplon from D.

2. Around March 15, 2016, the Defendant purchased a local mental medicine by taking approximately KRW 600,000,000 from D’s phiphone purchase price from D, and by taking approximately 1g phiphones from D.
