A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2015, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million to a fine of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on December 24, 2015, and a summary order of KRW 2 million by the same court on March 11, 2016 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On September 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the same court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 30, 2018.

On March 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a CNA-si car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.159% while under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol content 0.159%, without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the “the lowest military beer house” in the Daegu-gu Busan-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the front side of the new middle school located in approximately 255 square meters in the old Nowon-gu, Seoul-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license under the influence of alcohol.
