1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff at the rate of 30,416,100 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 21, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff on April 12, 2016 to supply ready-mixeds at the site of the Daegu Northern-gu D kindergarten construction site, and from May 9, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff on April 12, 2016, taking into account no dispute between the parties or the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 4.

The fact that 30,416,100 won was supplied to 30,416,100 won by October, 19, and the defendant can recognize the fact that she jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation to pay the above her goods to the plaintiff of the corporation B. Thus, the defendant, as a joint and several surety, is liable to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 30,416,100 won for the above her goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 21, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
