Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2019, at around 01:25, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.178% was drunk, and the FK3 car volume was operated from approximately 60 meters to around the road located in the same Gu from the street in the vicinity of the Suwon-si B'C' in Suwon-si to the road located in the same Gu D.
