1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant E shall indicate the building listed in the attached list and the drawings listed on the second floor of that building, as indicated in the attached list, 1, 2, 5, 6, 1.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 12, 2018, the Plaintiff purchased the land indicated in the attached list (hereinafter “instant land”) and the ground buildings (hereinafter “instant building”) and the instant land divided from the instant land in the public sale procedure, and completed the registration of the transfer of ownership by purchasing the land of Busan Seo-gu 145 square meters (divided on May 15, 2015).

On the rooftop of the instant building, a household building with a size of 50 square meters in the ship connecting each point in order of indication 1, 2, 5, 6, and 1 of the attached drawing(s) is installed on the rooftop of the instant building (hereinafter “the instant household building”).

B. The instant building was originally owned by G, and on October 30, 2014, the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale under the name of H Co., Ltd. and the registration of ownership transfer based on the name of H Co., Ltd. was completed.

After the public auction, the Plaintiff is going through the public auction procedure.

As set forth in paragraph, ownership was acquired.

C. On February 24, 1987, Defendant C filed a move-in report with the lot number of the instant land, and in fact, Defendant C is residing there at the same place in the name of “(State) KK” in the building located on the ground of the Busan Seo-gu J ditch, Busan, which is adjacent to the instant land.

The above building occupied by Defendant C is one square meter out of 145 square meters in Busan, which is owned by the Plaintiff.

Defendant D, May 23, 2018, filed a move-in report with the parcel number of the instant land, and occupied and used the instant building.

On November 26, 2003, Defendant E filed a move-in report with the parcel number of the instant land, and is doing business while occupying and using the instant building, and is occupying and using the instant building on the rooftop of the instant building.
