Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the employer who employs 45 full-time workers as the operator of the Ma Hospital in Songpa-gu Seoul (hereinafter “N hospital”) from December 1, 2010 to June 25, 2015 and engages in medical service business by employing 45 full-time workers.
