Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the employer who employs 45 full-time workers as the operator of the Ma Hospital in Songpa-gu Seoul (hereinafter “N hospital”) from December 1, 2010 to June 25, 2015 and engages in medical service business by employing 45 full-time workers.
From August 6, 2012 to November 22, 2014, the Defendant, as well as 7,345,325 won in aggregate of wages and retirement allowances of employees who retired from the said workplace, as well as 2,4,11,17,18, and 2,44,602 won in aggregate of six employees’ wages and retirement allowances, 7,345,325 won in 17,092,548 won + 6,801,623 won + 8,713,36 won + 2,31,199 won + 4,760,541 won in 4,541 won in 6,761,623 won in £« 8,713,366 won in £« 32,31,199 won in £« 4,760,541 won in the payment period between the parties, without any agreement between the parties.
The defendant of "2015 Highest 2897" is a user who employs 45 full-time workers as the operator of M hospital and engages in medical service business.
The Defendant, as indicated in the details of arrears in the case reported by each place of business, worked in the above workplace from April 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015, as indicated in attached Table 2015, did not pay a total of 32,318,421 won, 6,924,939 won in total, 6,939 won in wages, retirement allowances, and retirement allowances, and Q Q’s wages 21,00,000 won in wages from March 1, 2014 to April 1, 2015, and from April 8, 2014 to May 24, 2015, including R’s wages, retirement allowances, and total sum of 4,393,482 won in total, including total of 32,318,421 won in total, 6,924, 939 won in £« 21,00,000 won in £« 439393.
