A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
The Defendant is a person engaged in the sales business of Obaba in the name of “C”.
1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;
A.
