Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:00 on July 11, 2015, the Defendant entering the house was at the house of the victim C (the age of 41) located in Haak-gun B apartment 108 dong 704, Gyeongnam-gun, Haan-gun, Hanam-gun, and 108 dong 704. On the ground that the Defendant was at the low time, the Defendant was able to see the Defendant’s house through the entrance of the entrance, and infringed on the victim’s house through the entrance of the entrance, for the reason that the pet dog
