The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court and the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have convicted the victim H of all of the facts charged in the instant case on the charge of fraud, fabrication of private documents, and the use of the aforementioned investigation documents, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the crime of forgery of private documents and the crime of deception of the above investigation documents.

Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and no statement of the grounds for appeal can be found even in the statement of reasons for appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
