Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant who does not comply with the withdrawal request on June 1, 2013 to leave the above pharmacy for about 10 minutes even though he/she was requested by the victim D working at the pharmacy located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the police officers E being called out after receiving a report on the victim D and 112 from the pharmacy located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul;

The Gu refused to comply with the Gu.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at a place specified in Paragraph 1, insultd the victim E by openly insulting the victim by referring the victim “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am.”
