Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2018, around 21:40 on August 21, 2018, the criminal defendant against the victim B ordered the victim B, who was the manager of the above main shop, to pay the drinking value by entering the room No. 105 in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, to pay the drinking value.

However, the defendant did not have money at the time so that he did not have the intent and ability to pay the money even if he was provided with alcohol and speech.

Accordingly, the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 314,00 by deceiving the victim as above.

2. On August 25, 2018, around 00:00 on August 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim E in Busan Northern-gu, and paid the drinking value; (b) entered the victim as a customer; and (c) entered the victim; and (d) entered the victim as the victim; and (c) entered the victim’s 2 disease and the basic note; and (d) two entertainment visitors.

However, the defendant did not have money at the time so that he did not have the intent and ability to pay the money even if he was provided with alcohol and speech.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, was informed of the victim’s 470,000 won by deceiving the victim.
