A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 피해자 C에 대한 범행 피고인은 2014. 9. 19. 15:00경 대구 달서구 신당로 56 성서주공아파트 1단지 정문 부근 정자 앞에서 피해자 C(61세, 지체장애 3급)에게 “여기 뭐하러 왔노, 씨발놈아!”라고 소리치며 주먹으로 피해자의 오른쪽 얼굴 부위를 3-4회 때리고, 피해자가 타고 있던 전동 휠체어를 발로 찼다.

2.
