Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 3, 2014, at around 12:40 on July 12:1, 2014, the Defendant driven Climb 49cc in a state of under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.068% alcohol concentration at the 10km section of the above Defendant’s blood alcohol concentration without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the front of the Defendant’s house located in B in the East Sea in the East Sea via the 2ndoccping zone in the East Sea in the East Sea.
