1. The Defendant’s KRW 27,279,706 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from November 27, 2014 to January 17, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has concluded an automobile insurance contract with Nonparty A regarding the vehicle for Nonparty A and B (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) and the Defendant is the insurer who has concluded the automobile insurance contract with respect to the vehicle for Kab (hereinafter “Defendant”).
B. Around 00:20 on June 17, 2013, the Plaintiff’s vehicle driven by Nonparty D driving along the three-lanes of the fourth line road in the direction of Nonparty D and attempted to change the vehicle into the four-lane. The Defendant’s vehicle driven by Nonparty E, while driving four-lanes, attempted to pass the vehicle through the non-party E’s coos vehicle (hereinafter “non-party coos vehicle”) following the Plaintiff’s vehicle along the three-lanes in the number number number number number unfolding on the vehicle following the Plaintiff’s vehicle (hereinafter “non-party coos vehicle”) without accelerating the defect to change the vehicle into the four-lane vehicle. The Plaintiff paid D the Plaintiff KRW 1,308,610 with the insurance money of the automobile injury, KRW 1,412,100 with the personal insurance money of the Plaintiff, KRW 2,959,00 with the personal insurance money of the Plaintiff, KRW 4,422,100 with the repair cost of the Plaintiff, KRW 22,11,636 with the repair cost of the damaged vehicle, KRW 2,016,00 with the repair cost of the damaged vehicle, KRW 3,372,00 with the repair cost of the Defendant’s vehicle, KRW 3,02,00 with the repair cost of the road facilities cost of KRW 3,025,000 with the repair cost of the road facilities cost of KRW 4,000,00.
