Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 7553" is the birth parents of the victim B, and from May 2015, the building owned by the victim in Masung City is residing together with the wife of the victim and the victim.

1. On August 30, 2019, at around 19:10, the Defendant intrusiond the victim’s residence by: (a) having been forced to open a joint door and entering into the building and opening the H door door in order to comply with inheritance issues in G where the victim F of the Chosung in Ma resides; and (b) having intruded the victim’s residence by putting the H door door into the building.

2. The Defendant assaulted, by hand, the victim’s back to a time and at the same time and at the same place as 1. paragraph (1) on the ground that the victim I, who is a neighboring resident, has expressed an oral dispute with the said F.

3. On August 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance door to the front door of the body of the victim B, who is a model in the G in the G when he was sexualized on August 30, 2019; and (b) destroyed the entrance door so that the string door of the entrance can be seen as unrepaired.
