Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants committed the joint crime committed by the Defendants: (a) upon finding out the amount of demand for loans from the victims who wish to obtain a loan from a financial institution; and (b) upon introducing the loan to the Mano-Mano-Man-Man-Man-Man-Man-Man-Man-Man-Man-Man-Man

A around November 2009, at a non-permanent location, “A” was built from E in order to obtain a loan of KRW 50 million in the name of the above G, which is offered to Defendant B, upon request from E to obtain a maximum amount of the loan required, and the address of the above real estate was changed. Defendant B requested from the Inter-Sacheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Do 279-43, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Do Do Do Do Do 279-1, Dec. 11, 2009 to obtain a loan of KRW 550 million in the name of the above G as security, and received a loan of KRW 10 million in the name of the above G from G on December 12, 2009 to the Agricultural Cooperative under the name of Defendant A.

From that time to August 31, 2012, the Defendants conspiredd to arrange loans from the North Seocheon Saemaul Bank of Korea and the Mano-Mano-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-

On October 2010, Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant (hereinafter “Defendant A”), upon request from J to obtain loans from the J during the construction of the building after the completion of the construction, and for the first time, it is possible to obtain loans from the J, and around October 15, 2010, Defendant A may obtain loans of KRW 4475 million from the Empiccomon Points Points and KRW 452,500,000 from the Empic Winter City Branch and KRW 18,000,000 from the Empic City to June 20, 2011, and in total as shown in the attached Table 2 of Empic.
