A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the property damage on the ground that the Defendant parked a vehicle near the entrance of the victim D, at the front parking lot located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong-gu, Daejeon-gu, in front of the Defendant’s house; (b) caused the damage to the victim’s second floor of the building by fasting off the air-conditioner room installed on the victim’s hand with the air-conditioner part owned by the victim; and (c) caused the damage to the victim’s property by continuously cutting down the air-conditioner part of the E rocketing car, which was installed at the victim’s location; and (d) caused the damage to the victim’s property by continuously cutting down the waste, rain, and brick two wheels located below the victim’s house.

2. The Defendant, as indicated in paragraph (1) around 10:20 of August 19, 2017, committed assault on the second floor of multi-household housing in which he was living, and the Defendant, upon receiving a report from 112 that the Defendant was frighting to the fright, expressed a fright to the slope I belonging to the Daejeon Dong-dong Police Station H District, Daejeon, which called the Defendant on the 112th floor, without any justifiable reason. The Defendant, who obstructed the performance of official duties, expressed a fright to “Sech, fright, frighter, frighter, frighter, and frighter, frighted on the part of the 2nd floor of the 1st, who was going up with the 2nd floor of the 1st, and assaulted twice the I’s shoulder, and continued to listen to the Defendant’s statements, such as personal information, etc., to the police officers affiliated with the same J.
