Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On January 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective deadly weapon, etc.) in the Daejeon District Court’s Support on November 20, 2014, and was sentenced to one year and six months on November 28, 2014, and completed the execution of the said suspended sentence on February 11, 2017, by a final judgment on November 28, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

On June 19, 2018, at around 06:00, the injured Defendant saw the victim C (n, 28 years of age) living together with the Defendant on the road in front of the hot spring basin of the Asan City, which was located in the Asan City, and operated by the Defendant, on the top of the steering line of the Done Star Sheet which the Defendant is driving, and was driving the said her car to the front day of the 102 E apartment of the Defendant’s dwelling, on the ground that the Defendant she dices alcohol so that the victim she can drink with other people by drinking alcohol at night, and caused the injury to the victim on the ground that the victim she dices the face of the 14 days in need of medical treatment for about 14 days.

2. On June 19, 2018, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving, at around 07:50 on a level of about 5 km from the road near the hot spring station in the Asia-si, Asan-si, E apartment from around 07:50 to the front of the 102 East-si, Asan-si, the Defendant driven a Done Star Corma without a driver’s license.
