On February 20, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.083% of blood alcohol content at around 20:09, driven a Fpoter Ⅱ in the section of approximately 1.2 km from the roads near C funeral hall in Jeju City to the front roads in Jeju City D.
