A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In Gangnam-gu Seoul and Seocho-gu, the Defendant knew that many gambling workers gather and borrow tamper "Texum" with B, C, etc., and tried to open gambling houses by recruiting gambling workers.
