A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2014, the Defendant, along with the victim B (22 years), the victim C (21 years old) and the first police officer, had been engaged in daily work at the construction site of Daegu apartment complex and became aware of it, and the victims are between the parties.
