1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 27,505,648 won and the period from November 3, 2018 to October 16, 2019.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. A. Around September 16, 2017, Defendant D agreed with Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) to perform the construction work, such as the expansion of classrooms of the EF elementary school located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Dong-gu (hereinafter “instant construction work”), by receiving a lump sum subcontract from Defendant Company.
B. The Plaintiff, who is engaged in the business of leasing construction materials, entered into a lease agreement with Defendant D on the terms that the Plaintiff leases the temporary materials for construction, such as pents, pipes, clamp, and safety launch plates, with the amount calculated by adding basic fees to the number of lease days per each material multiplied by the unit of rent (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), and on September 17, 2017 and on September 21, 2017, leased the temporary materials for construction at the instant construction site as indicated below.
