Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative director of “H” corporation, and Defendant B is the representative of “K” who was delegated with the removal of facilities, on-site management, and management of the former J factory site and ground buildings, etc. in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City from H around April 15, 2013.

1. The Defendants, who damaged property, tried to remove some buildings, offices, etc. within the said site among disputes arising with victims G, F’s “L” and “N” corporation M (former: N after the change) surrounding the right to lease the said site.

A. On July 3, 2013, the Defendants removed the said “L” office, which was created by the victim G and F’s management, from the said J site to the said “L” office, and caused the Defendants to have the broadcast equipment, furniture, office fixtures, etc. in said office attached thereto.

B. On July 4, 2013, the Defendants, at the above former J site, had the employees of the remover company’s name, attach the steel sn beam structure of the 13 factory building jointly managed by the victim M Co., Ltd. and the 10 auxiliary structure and the 10 auxiliary building.

2. Larceny;

A. From July 3, 2013 to April of the same month, the Defendants: (a) had the employees of the said J-factory site 13 at the back end of the said 13-party J-factory site carry 150 tons of the victim G and the scrap metal and glass, which were kept in custody, onto the truck; and (b) stolen it by having the employees of the said J-factory site carry them on the truck.

B. From July 24, 2013 to the 25th day of the same month, the Defendants stolen the scrap metal, such as the sn beam beam, which was removed from the previous J site as described in the foregoing paragraph 1-B, and managed jointly by the victim M Co., Ltd., Ltd., by placing it on the truck.
