Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:10 on May 23, 2015, the Defendant driven a 100c motor bicycle (one-string, a large string, 100) under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the front side of the Central Lao Center located in the crossing-gun of Gangwon-do to the front side of the same Eup agricultural and industrial complex located in the same Eup.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a motorcycle (one-string, one-string, and one-string 100) at 100 hours of non-registration.

At around 14:10 on May 23, 2015, the Defendant, while driving the said motorcycle while driving the said motorcycle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and driving it toward the intersection of the said “clord agro-industrial complex” from the direction of the crossing, made it left left to the Cheongju-ri.

Since the place is a place where the left-hand turn is permitted to be protected, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by making a left-hand turn to the driver of the vehicle where there is a vehicle coming from the opposite part while the driver of the vehicle well takes into account the traffic situation, and by safely making a left-hand turn so as not to interfere with traffic.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was driven by the victim C(30 years of age) who was going to the breadth from the port side of the mast, the right left by negligence and neglected to turn to the left, and was driven by the Defendant in front of the said motor vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the said rocketing car so that the repair cost, such as the exchange of door even after the above occupational negligence, can be seen as KRW 1,096,058.
