Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2018, the Defendant driven a B low-speed car at approximately 3.5 km from the front of the city square in the Daegu Water-gu, in the state of drinking 0.130% alcohol concentration among blood transfusions, to the front of the city square in the Daegu Water-gu, Sinsan-si, 358-10 large-scale, Pyeong-dong, 3.5m high-speed car at around 3.5m from the front of the city square in the Busan Water-gu.
