A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2015, at around 23:05, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (Nam, and 27 years of age) on the window B and 5th floor of Changwon-si, who works as an employee, on the “Dju shop” in which the victim c (hereinafter “Dju shop”) drinks and singing alcohol together with his day and strings, and singnating the drinking value to the victim on credit, and then the victim refused the drinking value and prevented his front.
