1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,990,918 and KRW 37,949,887 among the Defendants shall be fully paid to the Plaintiff from September 13, 2016.

In full view of the respective descriptions in subparagraphs 1 through 4 (including additional numbers) and the overall purport of the pleadings, it is recognized that the causes of the claims are the same as that in the separate sheet (the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the unpaid principal and interest and damages for delay to the Plaintiff.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and all of them are accepted.
