Defendant

A is the representative director of B agricultural partnership equipped with a resource resource resource recovery facility in Jeju City, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of converting livestock excreta into resources.

1. A person who installs a waste-generating facility, a person who operates a disposal facility installed by him/her, a person who operates a disposal facility installed by him/her, or a person who smokes manure or liquid manure shall not roots any amount produced from a resource recovery plant in any place other than those secured by a person who installs a resource recovery plant in disposing of or spraying livestock excreta, manure, or liquid manure;

Nevertheless, on April 11, 2015, the Defendant spreaded approximately KRW 170 tons of the amount produced by the said farming association corporation on the land of 4 lots, such as Jeju E, F, G, and H, a place, other than a place where liquid manure is spraying from around April 11, 201 to December of the same month.

2. Defendant B, who is an employee of the Defendant, committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business.
