A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employer who employs 67 full-time workers as the representative director of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B and D, and operates a travel business.

The Defendant, while working in the above workplace from February 13, 2007, was retired on September 30, 2018, did not pay KRW 53,840,770 in total, including the amount of wages, annual unused allowances, and annual unused allowances of KRW 383,00 on September 30, 2018; KRW 132,380 on the year-end refund; and KRW 2,802,380 on the amount of year-end refund; and KRW 53,840,770 on the amount of wages, annual unused allowances, year-end year-end refund, etc. of eight workers, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
