1. The Defendants are each inheritance shares listed in the attached Form No. 1326 square meters of Q Q in Yongcheon-si.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The name of the Geum River Improvement Association established with the approval of the State on January 12, 1970, the Shin River Improvement Association established on January 7, 1970, and the Geum River Improvement Association established on January 15, 1970 was merged into the Geum River Improvement Association on April 9, 1973, and the name was changed to the Young River Improvement Association on April 13, 1973, and the Youngcheon Farmland Improvement Association became the Korea Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation (Ycheoncheon Branch) in consequence of the merger with the Korea Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation on January 1, 200, the Young River Improvement Association became the Korea Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation (Ycheon Branch), the name was changed to the Korea Rural Community Corporation on December 29, 2005, and the name was changed to the Plaintiff Korea Rural Community Corporation (Ycheon Branch) on December 29, 2008.

분할 전 영천시 R 답 473평(답 1564㎡)은 1911. 12. 16.경 S 앞으로 사정된 토지로, 1922.경 위 T 답 1564㎡로 지적변환되었고, 1922. 7. 28.경 T 답 238㎡와 Q 답 1326㎡로 분할되었으며, 위 Q 답 1326㎡는 1924. 7. 30.경 답(畓)에서 유지(溜池)로 지목이 변경되었다

On the other hand, around March 30, 1981, TW 238 square meters was divided into 150 square meters and U 88 square meters, and the above TW 150 square meters was closed by the division arrangement on March 30, 1981.

Since January 31, 1943, the land of this case was classified as a building site for W, which was created by Non-Party V, under the supervision of Non-Party V, and was managed by the Geum River Improvement Association, etc. in around 1945.

E. Around April 6, 1973, the above W was transferred to the non-party Youngcheon-si (former: Youngcheon-gun) and was transferred to the Plaintiff again on May 23, 1973.

F. Around May 1973, the Plaintiff implemented the said W Expansion Project, and on December 31, 1973, extended and completed the X reservoir and has been managed so far.
