Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud against victim D;

A. On July 3, 2013, the Defendant sent a phone call to the victim D, and “The head of the office had been cancelled due to personal circumstances that sell drinking water and coffees at the events held by him/her, and the head of the office could directly proceed with and manage the drinking water and coffees, and sought to know, and first, sent KRW 750,000 as the purchase price of goods.
