A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 28, 2013, the Defendant and the person subject to a request to attach an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”): (a) around 23:00, at the Defendant’s house located in Mapopo-si C 103; (b) in a crepan where the victim D (32 years of age) who is a disabled person of Grade C 2 with mental retardation disorder is locked; (c) was off the victim’s body and panty; and (d) the victim resisted that the victim would not have come up with the Defendant and would not have come up with the Defendant; and (d) she was raped once by inserting his sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound.

In this respect, the defendant has been raped by blood and has a mental disability.

2. At around 22:00 on December 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened the body of the victim E (55 years old); (b) her mother who was divingd, was off the victim’s her part and panty; (c) her part of the victim’s body was her part and panty; and (d) her part was her part of the victim’s body and the victim was her part of the body; and (e) her part was her part of the victim’s body was her part of the body and her part was her part of the body was her part of the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim's kinship.
