Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a guest who visited the member-gu B building in Ansan-si, and the "CPC room" in the third floor, and the victim D (V, 24 years old) is a worker who works in the above PC room.

At around 15:55 on August 21, 2017, the Defendant, while entering a toilet with a view to seeing urine in the above PC room, had the victim enter the toilet, and had the victim taken a urine to satisfy sexual desire.

그래서 피해자가 여자 전용 칸에 들어간 것을 보고, 옆 칸에 들어가서 소지하고 있던 피고인 소유의 카메라 기능이 내장된 삼성 갤 럭 시 S7 스마트 폰 (S /N :E) 을 손에 쥔 다음 화장실 칸 뒤로 손을 뻗어서 피해자가 용 변 보고 있는 모습을 의사에 반하여 몰래 사진 촬영하고자 하였으나, 불상의 이유로 그 뜻을 이루지 못하고 미수에 그쳤다.
