A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the District Court of the Republic of Korea on December 10, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the third prison of the North Korean defectors.

1. 재물손괴미수 피고인은 2014. 12. 30. 19:00경 경기도 의정부시 태평로 124 흥국생명 뒤편 골목길에서 그 곳을 지나던 피해자 C(24세) 소유 D 라보 차량을 가로 막고 아무런 이유 없이 주먹으로 라보 차량 앞 유리창 및 조수석 사이드미러를 5회 가량 가격하고, 피해자가 라보 차량을 후진하여 피하려고 하자 발로 라보 차량 앞 범퍼와 조수석 문을 걷어찼으나 파손되지 않아 미수에 그쳤다.

2. Around 19:00 on December 30, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by stating that “as the victim C(24 years of age) seeks damage to the victim’s vehicle on the alley-ro 124 interesting life following the Gyeonggi-do Government of the Republic of Korea, as described in paragraph (1), the victim’s female-friendly equipment and place of work are located at the place where the victim’s car is located, i.e., e., frans, bits of bits, bits of bits of bits, bits of bits of bits, bits of bits of bits of bits of bits of bits

3. 공용물건손상미수 피고인은 2014. 12. 30. 19:00경 경기도 의정부시 태평로 124흥국생명 뒤편 골목길에서 C의 112 신고를 받고 출동한 경위 E이 타고 있던 의정부경찰서 F지구대 G 순찰차가 오는 것을 발견하고 순찰차를 가로 막고 "이 씹새끼들, 짭새들"이라고 말하며 발로 공용물건인 순찰차의 앞 범퍼를 3회 가량 걷어찼으나 파손되지 않아 미수에 그쳤다.

4. On December 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on December 30, 2014, the Defendant: (b) was sent to the police on the alley-ro of 124 interesting life in the city of the Government of Gyeonggi-do, with C’s report; and (c) was a victim H (I, 24 years of age) who was next to the Defendant’s attempt to assault C; and (d) was head of the victim’s head one time in drinking.
