1. As to the Plaintiff: (a) 591m2 in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government:
A. The Defendant-designated L&A Co., Ltd. is this Court.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties concerned Plaintiff L&D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the corporation’s name omitted in its entirety) is a company that completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the remaining divided ownership building (No. 101, No. 103, No. 101, No. 103, No. 103, No. 201, 202, and 203; hereinafter the “instant sectional ownership portion”) among the divided buildings (total nine households; hereinafter the “instant apartment buildings”) constructed on the ground of 591m2, Mapo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter the “instant land”). The Defendants are the right holders related to the instant land as follows.
B. On June 12, 2007, Plaintiff L&D Co-ownership of the instant land by 4 members, including H, I, J, and K, and Plaintiff L&D’s share in the instant land.
9.20. The shares of I were transferred to each J, thereby sharing K (59.71 shares of 591) and two J (531.83 shares of 591).
2) On July 15, 2013, J and K completed the registration of ownership transfer (the cause of registration: the transfer on June 19, 2008) in the name of Defendant Samh Public Health Business (the cause of registration) on July 15, 2013. 3) The construction for constructing the instant apartment on the ground of the instant land commenced August 3, 2006, and the owner of the instant apartment was “J and one other (the owner appears to be K).” Of the instant apartment units 9 households, the registration of the instant divided ownership was entered following the application for the provisional disposition of Defendant Samh General Construction or Defendant Samh Public Health Business with respect to the instant 7 households among the instant apartment units, and with respect to the remaining two households, the registration of the entry in accordance with the application for provisional disposition by Defendant D or Defendant E, between May 14, 2009 and October 8, 2009, and the registration of ownership transfer was approved for the use of the instant apartment units under the name of J and J from May 1, 21, 215 (hereinafter.).
4. On December 31, 2012, part of the sectional ownership of this case after the registration of initial ownership was completed.
