A Imprisonment for six months, Defendant B’s imprisonment for six months, Defendant C’s fine of two million won, and Defendant D’s fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2013, the Defendants leased the first floor of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul E building and provided the users with a computer installed at the same time so that they can use game products not rated, and the Defendants recruited the scores obtained through the game to exchange them.

Defendant

A, as a business owner of a game room, leased a game room and set up a computer, instructed other Defendants to manage customers, manage money, etc., or instruct them to charge and exchange their cards. Defendant B sent text messages to the customers under his control to the game room, and guide them to the game room, and also performs the role of helping customers to charge and carry out the game in the game room. Defendant C and D performed the role of arranging cards, return books, and books in the game room, or paying and exchanging books to customers.

1. Although a person providing an ungraded game product should not provide a game product for distribution or use, or display or store it for that purpose, the Defendants operated a game room on the first floor of the building in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, from September 6, 2013 to September 9, 2013, provided 5 computers with “sea open”, which are game products not classified, to its customers, and used 10,000 points by using a card for filling 10,000 points.

The Defendants conspired to use the “sea-to-sea” game product that did not receive any grade as above, and provided it to the Defendants.

2. Although a person exchanged a game result should not exchange the tangible or intangible result obtained through the use of the game product, the Defendants confirm the issuing machine of a card which enters the points equivalent to the amount of cash in the game site in paragraph 1 from September 6, 2013 to September 9, 2013 and the accumulated points on the card.
