A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced by the Suwon District Court for eight years as a crime of robbery and bodily injury, and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on June 15, 2013.

1. At around 01:00 on March 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C, under the influence of alcohol on the back of the 10-11 K building No. 10-11, a gold-ro 383-gil, the wife population, and subsequently prevented the Defendant from resisting the victim’s body due to drinking and salivation in several times; (b) prevented the Defendant from resisting the victim’s body due to drinking and salivation; (c) cut off the wall from the victim’s boom card, credit card, agricultural bank card, cream card, resident registration certificate, driver’s license, cash 54,00 won; and (d) deducted the victim from the victim’s body, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the bareboat bones and the balll and salke of salke, which require six weeks’ treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant took the property of the victim and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. On March 8, 2014, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) issued an order to F, an employee, for an alcoholic beverage and share equivalent to KRW 120,000 to F, an employee, at the main point of “E located in the wife population D” on March 8, 2014; and (b) issued sales slips by presenting C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s

In addition, the defendant used C's check card which was forcibly taken three times at the same place on the same day, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

3. The Defendant, at around 01:44 March 8, 2014, ordered the victim F to provide the victim F with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 120,000, as above, and upon presenting C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s check as one’s own, was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 120,000 from the victim.

In addition, the Defendant received 425,000 won in total from the victim in the same manner in three times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list, at the same place on the same day.
