Punishment of the crime

B A is a person operating a game room in the name of “D” on the second floor of the Suwon-si C Building, and the Defendant and E are low-hour employees, F and G are night employees, and game water-related business operators are not allowed to engage in gambling or other speculative acts using game water, or to leave them so that they may do so.
