Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who has operated a mutual household store called Jeonyangyang-gun C.

1. Cases 2012 Godan2138:

A. On April 25, 2011, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the “Seongbuk Bank Branch” under the Defendant’s name and has traded the check number.

On December 31, 2011, the Defendant issued three copies of the check number per unit (35 million won in total) as shown in the attached Table No. 1, including the issuance of one copy of the check number per bank under the Defendant’s name, and issued three copies of the check number per unit (35 million won in total) at the Defendant’s above-household office as of December 31, 201, the check number “D”, face value “20,000,000,000,” and the date of issuance “1 January 31, 2012,” and the check holder presented a payment proposal within the period of payment, but did not pay as shortage of deposits or suspension of transactions.

B. On May 20, 2010, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the Defendant under the name of the Defendant, and traded household checks.

On November 22, 2011, the Defendant issued six copies of the household check (in total amount of KRW 30 million) as indicated in the list of crimes, including the issuance of one copy of the bank check under the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant, and issued six copies of the bank check (in total amount of KRW 30 million) as indicated in the list of crimes. The Defendant presented that the check was paid within the period for payment, but the check was not paid as suspension of transaction.

2. Cases 2012 Highest 2880

A. On May 20, 2010, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the Defendant’s name with the “Sced World Bank regularly established branch”, and traded household checks.

1) On January 10, 2012, the Defendant issued one copy of the check number “F”, “F”, “5,000,000 won at face value”, and “date of issuance” under the Defendant’s name. However, even though the check holder presented the check within the period when payment was made, the Defendant did not pay it as a suspension of transaction. 2) The Defendant issued the check on January 20, 2012.
